Health Access

What do you think of Health Access, and are they doing enough to identify claims by insurers that aren't paying us a profitable prescription? Health Access sees the claims from all over the country! Why does it take our call to them? Why aren't these addressed immediately, with a report back that shows correction? Do you feel let down?
